Dupont Circle metro station: This is the station from which I take off on my daily trips around the city and to which I return for my journeys back home to the apartment of my friend SL. There have been some complaints (say guidebooks) about the design. But I love the look of the station as well as those of the other stations in Washington D.C. The design is clean and neat, and it reminds me of the character of the city - bare, emotionless and always in transit.
